Stay Dry Painting Ltd. urgently requires a permanent and full-time Painting Supervisor- Construction to join their team. We welcome vulnerable youth, new immigrants and aboriginal people to apply.
Job Title: Painting Supervisor- Construction
Location: 5719 172 Street, Surrey, BC V3S 3Z4
Wage - $37.0/hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% vacation pay
Number of Positions-1
Employment type – Permanent, full-time
Start date: As soon as possible
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of higher secondary education is required
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the same field
Language: English
Job Duties:
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in painting.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other staff.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Requisition of materials and supplies.
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions.
• Prepare work progress reports.
• May also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and laborers.
