Job Title: Painting Supervisor- Construction
Location: Unit-205, 8275 92 Street, Delta, BC V4G1B5
Wage - $37.0/hour for 30-40 hours per week along with vacation pay
Number of Positions - 1
Employment type – Permanent, full-time
Start date: As soon as possible
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of higher secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 Year of work experience in same field
Language: English
Job Duties:
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in painting.
Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other staff
Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Requisition materials and supplies
Read blueprints and drawings
Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
Prepare work progress reports
May also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.
