Job Description:

Kay Painting is hiring a Painter Supervisor to lead and support our painting team on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong painting experience, leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep projects organized, safe, and on schedule.

Job Duties
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of the painters working on the site
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Train painter and educate them on safety procedures and company policies
• Prepare work progress reports
• May also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers

Requirements
• Completion of secondary school
• Previous painting and leadership experience is required
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Physically capable of handling the demands of the job
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Advance communication skills in English
• Willingness and ability to travel to different job sites depending on project location

Wage: 31.50/Hour
Hours: 32 – 37.5
