**🚨 Now Hiring: Parts Prep Sander 🚨**
Do you have a talent for making rough edges smooth? (And no, we’re not talking about your dance floor skills — but hey, bonus points if you have those too.) We’re looking for someone who can take parts from “meh” to masterpiece.
🔧 **What You’ll Do:**
• Sand like a pro 🪵
• Assemble & disassemble parts (no confusing IKEA manual required)
• Use hand & power tools without breaking a sweat
• Work with a team to get jobs done right
• Keep your workspace cleaner than a teenager’s room (seriously)
🗓 **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm (+ OT when needed)
💰 **Pay:** $17–$18/hr (more with strong paint prep/sanding skills)
✅ **Requirements:**
• 1+ year in assembly, paint prep, or repetitive work
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs (think small dog, not a full St. Bernard) 🐶
• GED or High School Diploma
• Pass a 5-panel (Safety Sensitive) drug test + nationwide background check
• No OMMA card holders (safety-sensitive role)
