Major Mentor is building a digital career library to help students understand what different jobs are really like — straight from real people who’ve been there.

We’re looking to interview U.S.-based professionals who graduated in the last 8 years and are currently working in a job that required their degree. This is a one-time opportunity to participate in a paid 15-minute Zoom interview where you'll share your career journey and offer insights to help the next generation.

This is not a job offer — it’s a chance to contribute your experience, get paid for your time, and help others.

Participants are paid $15 upon completing the interview.

✅ Job Requirements / Skills:
Graduated from a U.S. college/university between 2016–2025

Currently employed in a role that uses or requires your degree

Able to join a 15-minute Zoom video interview

Comfortable sharing honest, thoughtful career insights
