Page Moderator Job

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Page Moderator to manage and monitor our social media pages. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging environment on our platforms, ensuring that user interactions are appropriate, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner. The Page Moderator will also be required to report trends, feedback, and any issues to the team for further action.

Monitor and manage user interactions, comments, and messages across our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly, maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
Ensure all comments and content on the page comply with community guidelines and company policies.
Remove or report inappropriate content and block/report users as necessary.
Engage with the community by liking, sharing, and replying to posts and comments to foster positive engagement.
Track and report customer feedback, common questions, or recurring issues to the management team.
Assist in content moderation and content scheduling as required.
Stay updated on platform trends, guidelines, and social media best practices.
Qualifications

Previous experience in social media management or customer service is preferred.
Strong written communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
