Fiera Foods is looking to hire a Packaging Supervisor – food processing who will oversee daily our food packaging line operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Supervise, coordinate, and assign tasks to workers involved in food product packaging.
• Establish procedures to meet work schedules and coordinate activities with other departments
• Resolve workflow issues and recommend strategies to boost packaging productivity
• Order materials and supplies required for packaging operations
• Instruct packaging department employees on job functions, safety practices, and company
procedures
• Recommend staffing actions such as hiring, promotions, or role adjustments
• Prepare reports on packaging performance and outcomes

Requirements of Position:
• Secondary school diploma
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in the food processing industry
• Strong time and resource management, and planning skills

Compensation & Conditions:
• $31.25. per hour for 39 hours per week
• Overtime may be required and will be paid at 1.5 of your regular hourly rate after 44 hours
per week
