Telephone Help Desk Maintenance Support Technician Packaging Machinery _ .

Act as the Advanced Customer Service Technician for a team of Field Service Engineers. Guide them by remotely (phone & email) providing real-time solutions to problems in the field. Utilize manufacturer's available manuals and documentation to resolve complex mechanical and electrical malfunctions.

Requires:

*** Expansive knowledge of Beverage Packaging Machiunery and Programmable Controllers, Sensors, Actuators, Human Machine Interfaces, Servos and Motors on Machinery to provide consultation from in-house.

*** Expert level troubleshooting skills - able to trace mechanical and electrical problems to the source using creative problem solving and available documentation

*** Professional communication skills - able to speak clearly and effectively with Field Service Engineers providing comfort and assistance throughout the process.

*** Track record servicingPackaging Machinery - must be a proven technical expert in maintenance and repair of Controls, Machine Data Networks, Sensors, Machine Interfaces, etc. with a desire to continually learn company's product line.
