Required Skills & Qualifications:
10 to 13 years of experience in IT architecture, with a strong focus on the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
Demonstrated experience as a Principal Architect or SME-level candidate, with a proven track record of delivering complex insurance solutions.
Deep understanding of P&C insurance business processes, including policy administration, claims management, billing, and rating.
Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, integration patterns, and modern cloud-based technologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar) and their architecture.
Knowledge of insurance industry regulations, compliance requirements, and data standards (e.g., ACORD).
Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role, delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
