Oyster Shucker / Raw Bar Manager – The Parker Hollow – Parkville, Missouri

The Parker Hollow is hiring an experienced Oyster Shucker / Raw Bar Manager for a full-time position.

This role is ideal for a seafood professional with extensive oyster knowledge who enjoys both culinary preparation and direct guest interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Shuck oysters for service
• Manage raw bar preparation and breakdown
• Prepare oysters, crudo, ceviche, aguachile, and tartines
• Maintain raw bar organization and cleanliness
• Interact with guests during service
• Maintain product quality and presentation

Qualifications:

• Extensive oyster-shucking experience
• Knowledge of West Coast, East Coast, and Gulf oysters
• Familiarity with oyster farms and regional varieties
• Raw bar or seafood experience
• Strong guest service skills
• Personable and professional communication style

Compensation:

• $45,000–$60,000 salary
• Additional tips
• Full-time Tuesday–Saturday schedule
