Owner-operators, you'll need a Class A CDL (verifiable 2 years experience), a semi-truck (either owned or leased), and a clean driving record. Successful owner-operators also need to demonstrate strong time management skills, reliability, and punctuality.

Emba ZHS, is a trucking management company. We handle everything on the backend for our carriers from collections and invoicing to the factoring company to annual, semiannual, and monthly reporting to audits to talking to the insurance companies to hiring drivers and dispatching. We do it all. The only thing that we don’t do is handle the money. We will set up the driver paysheets and set up payroll, but our carriers are responsible for paying the drivers and their expenses.
