Owner Operators are independent commercial drivers who operate their own truck to transport freight safely and on time. This role requires strong driving skills, regulatory compliance, and the ability to manage daily operations and equipment maintenance.

Job Requirements:
Responsibilities
Safely transport freight to pickup and delivery locations as scheduled
Follow assigned routes and meet delivery timelines
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any issues
Maintain accurate records including logs, bills of lading, and delivery documents
Comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations, safety standards, and company procedures
Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and facility staff
Ensure loads are properly secured and handled with care
Maintain truck condition through routine maintenance and timely repairs
Qualifications
Valid CDL-A with a clean driving record
1+ year commercial driving experience preferred
Own or lease a compliant, well-maintained truck
Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules, HOS regulations, and ELD systems
Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening (as required)
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Strong communication and customer service skills
