Premium Load Booking & Aggressive Negotiation: We don't just take the first load we see. We use premium load boards (DAT One, Truck stop) and strong broker relationships to hunt for the highest paying freight, aggressively negotiating the best possible rate-per-mile for your lanes.
Complete Back-Office & Packet Management: We handle all your broker setup packets, credit checks, insurance certificates, and rate confirmations swiftly so you can secure the load before anyone else.
Detention, Layover, & TONU Protection: If a broker delays you at a shipper or receiver, we fight hard on your behalf to secure detention pay, layovers, or Truck Order Not Used (TONU) compensation.
Optimized Route Planning: We plan your weekly schedule strategically to minimize deadhead miles and keep you out of bad weather or high-traffic zones.
What We Require From You
An active MC and DOT Authority (Must be in good standing).
Dependable Equipment (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck, or Hotshot).
Valid Cargo and Liability Insurance ($100k Cargo / $1M Liability minimum preferred).
Active cooperation and clear communication while on the road.
A commitment to safety and on-time deliveries.
