RR&R EXPRESS LLC is hiring independent delivery drivers with their own vehicle. If you’re reliable and ready to work, you can start immediately and earn based on how much you deliver.
Pay Structure (Performance-Based)
$1.80 per package
$1.50 per Temu package (under 1 lb)
+$0.25 per multi-stop delivery
Typical routes: 75–100+ packages daily
First paycheck after Week 3, then paid weekly
The more deliveries you complete, the more you earn.

Pickup Location: Burlington, NJ (5:30 AM sharp)
Delivery Areas: Delaware & Northern Maryland
Schedule: Routes available 7 days/week
Start Time: 5:30 AM (mandatory) — scan, load, and go

Scan and sort packages at pickup
Deliver packages safely and on time
Return undelivered items the next day
