The position of Overnight Front Desk Supervisor requires an ability to provide superior guest service in a fast-paced, upscale environment during the overnight hours. As an Overnight Front Desk Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the overnight Guest Services team in ensuring a delightful, seamless arrival and departure experience
- Handling all guest compliments, comments, observations and challenges in a timely manner and effectively achieving full guest satisfaction
- Communicating all guest compliments, comments, observations and complaints to relevant departments and ensuring prompt and proper follow up
- Processing guest charges and payments accurately
- Leading and training all Front of House colleagues in achieving continuous, seamless service
- Encouraging day to day up-selling of guest accommodations
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
-Previous hotel Front Desk experience
-Leadership experience or demonstrated qualities, ideally in a Guest Services or hospitality environment
-Strong customer service experience required
-Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations
-Confident computer skills
-Ability to occasionally push/pull up to 70 pounds
-Ability to work a flexible schedule, during the overnight hours and on weekends
-Excellent communication skills
-Must possess a strong team spirit
-Opera experience preferred
