Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Spanish and English-speaking Salesperson to join our team. IMPORTANT This position requires someone who is OPEN TO TRAVELING INTERSTATE ALL WEEK, visiting clients and opening new markets.
We have one opportunity available for candidates who meet one of the following location requirements:
📍 Location: On the Road – Interstate / Midwest Region
The company operates throughout the Midwest region, managing multiple sales routes across different states. The route assigned to each candidate will depend on the state in which they reside. Below are some examples of how location may determine route assignments:
Candidates living in Minnesota may be assigned to cover routes in Minnesota, Madison (WI), and possibly areas near the Illinois border.
Candidates living near Louisville, Kentucky may run routes covering Louisville, Lexington, Cincinnati (OH), and St. Louis (MO).
Candidates based in Chicago may be assigned to cover any of the out-of-state routes where the company currently operates, depending on business needs.
📍 We are currently accepting candidates residing in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Indiana, and other neighboring Midwest states.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
· Develop, manage and achieve assigned sales budgets in the territory
· Opening of new accounts
· Customer service satisfaction
· Collect invoices assigned to you and deposit them in the bank
· Present proof of visits to customers
· Maintain client inventory levels according to the rotation of each product
· Placement of advertising material at the point of sale
· Placing prices on the shelf
· Comply with the assigned client visit program
· Credit Administration and Control (Customer Returns)
· Organize and Negotiate Spaces at Point of Sale
· Shelf space report
· Daily communication with immediate boss. (Daily updates)
· Negotiation and execution of promotions.

✅ Valid driver’s license
✅ Availability to travel out of state Monday through Friday each week
✅ Ability to speak Spanish and English
✅ Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in store-to-store sales in supermarkets/stores
✅ Use of personal vehicle (the company provides a stipend for its use)
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ Proactive attitude and desire to be part of a dynamic team
