Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new customers by educating homeowners on smart home security solutions and closing sales. This role involves direct interaction with potential customers either in residential areas or inside retail partner locations.
This is a high-energy, people-focused role ideal for individuals who are competitive, outgoing, and motivated by performance-based income.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers in person (door-to-door or retail environment)
Educate customers on smart home products and security solutions
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services
Close sales and meet or exceed weekly targets
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
Represent the brand professionally at all times
Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Comfortable speaking with new people daily
Sales experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation (for outside sales role preferred)
