Superior Exterior Insurance Restoration LLC is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, driven individuals who are ready to work hard, make money, and build a real career!

We provide paid training, hands-on support, and the tools you need to succeed. Previous sales or roofing experience is a plus — but it is NOT required.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

This is an active, field-based sales position. You’ll spend a significant amount of time outside, walking neighborhoods, talking with homeowners, and creating opportunities.

Your responsibilities include:

* Walking neighborhoods and speaking directly with homeowners
* Educating homeowners about getting a brand-new roof through their insurance
* Helping homeowners understand how insurance proceeds may cover eligible storm damage
* Assisting homeowners with the insurance claim process
* Building relationships and earning homeowners’ trust
* Conducting ground-level inspections for potential storm damage
* Generating leads and closing sales
* Working with our team to help homeowners get a quality, brand-new roof

You must be comfortable approaching homeowners, starting conversations, educating them, and working independently in the field.
