Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive sales growth and build long-term customer relationships within a designated territory. The ideal candidate has experience in the kitchen and bath industry, a strong understanding of cabinetry products, and a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, designers, and kitchen & bath dealers

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory

Conduct on-site visits and presentations to prospective and existing customers

Provide product knowledge, design support, and quoting assistance

Collaborate with internal teams (design, logistics, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM software

Qualifications:

2+ years of outside sales experience (cabinetry, building materials, or home improvement industry preferred)

Knowledge of kitchen and bath design, cabinetry lines, and installation practices

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-driven with the ability to work independently

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Proficiency with quoting tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite
