As we are expanding into new markets, we're looking for energetic and motivated sales professionals to join our team and help build our brand from the ground up.
Job Summary
We are seeking a self-starting and personable Outside Sales Representative & Account Manager to introduce and sell our new juices to retailers, restaurants, cafes, gyms, and other potential vendors. This role requires direct face-to-face interaction with decision-makers, consistent territory development, and a passion for health and wellness products.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits
• Present and promote our juice products to new clients
• Conduct product tastings and demos to showcase value and flavor
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Maintain records of sales, leads, and client interactions
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape
Qualifications
• 1+ year of sales experience (outside sales preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Passion for health, wellness, and natural products is a big plus!
Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly Base Pay: $12–$18/hour (depending on location)
• Commission: 15% commission on gross sales of every vendor you sell & service
