We are currently seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative with background experience in the corrugated/packaging industry or an existing client base within the garment industry. Our nationwide warehouse network allows our sales team to deliver fast, flexible, and cost-effective packaging solutions to customers across the U.S.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for growing and managing profitable B2B customer accounts. This role requires strong prospecting ability, relationship-building skills, and a passion for closing new business while expanding existing accounts.
This position is ideal for a self-driven “rainmaker” who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leverage contacts to generate new business, build sales pipelines, and drive revenue
• Actively prospect and identify new B2B sales opportunities and accounts
• Initiate client relationships and close product sales
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Expand current accounts through cross-selling and up-selling company products
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, AR) for orders
• Respond promptly and knowledgeably to customer inquiries
• Work closely with senior leadership to identify new market and product opportunities
• Partner with the AR team to support timely payment collection
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and margin improvement for assigned accounts

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Prior sales experience in the corrugated packaging industry OR garment industry
• Proven ability to manage and execute the full B2B sales cycle
• Experience using a consultative selling approach focused on problem-solving
• Strong time management, prospecting, and organizational skills
• Seasoned sales professional with account management experience
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Customer-focused, professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Valid U.S. driver’s license to travel as needed to meet sales goals and client requirements
