This is not a desk job; you’ll be out in the field meeting homeowners, offering free roof inspections, and setting appointments for our specialists. No sales pressure and no prior experience required — just energy, drive, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do:
- Knock on doors in Melbourne, FL and nearby neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners about storm damage and roofing needs
- Offer free roof inspections (we handle the rest)
- Schedule appointments for our roofing team
- Use Enzy (mobile app) to track activity
- Stay connected with your team via WhatsApp

You’ll succeed in this role if you:
Enjoy talking to people and aren’t afraid to knock on doors
Are energetic, motivated, and coachable

Minimum Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have reliable transportation
Must own a smartphone (for Enzy app & communication)
Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred but Not Required:
Customer service or sales experience
Experience in roofing, construction, or canvassing
Leadership or team-building experience

Training & Growth:
No experience required, training provided
Training is unpaid, but you can start earning commissions right away
Many new team members earn $500–$1,000 in their first week just by showing up and hustling
