• Have the ability to speak passionately about the positive impacts of sustainable solar energy.
• Travel to potential customer homes to present our cost and energy-saving solar systems.
• Educating potential customers on the benefits of solar with personalized proposals.
• Leverage personal network, social media, and door-knocking efforts to create sales opportunities.
• Average sales reps earn $80,000 to $110,000 in the 1st year
• Team Managers earn $110,000 to $170,000 over 1st 15 months
• 100% Commission
Requirements
• Customer service: 1 Year (Preferred)
• Door-to-Door Sales Experience: 1 Year Required / 2 Year (Preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must pass criminal Background Check
• Have the ability to speak passionately about the positive impacts of sustainable solar energy.
