OTR Reefer Truck Driver Wanted
We’re looking for an experienced, reliable Over-the-Road (OTR) Reefer Driver to join our team.
What We Offer
* 30% of gross revenue
* $3,000–$4,000+ weekly earning potential (based on freight availability and performance)
* We focus on higher-paying freight, not just maximizing miles
* 2022 Freightliner assigned
* $1,000 escrow deposit (fully refundable)
Driver Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of CDL Class A experience
* Reefer experience preferred
* Strong communication skills
* On-time pickups and deliveries
* Maintain equipment and operate safely
* Clean driving record with no major violations or fines
Hiring Process
* Complete employment application
* Pass DOT drug screening
* Consent to FMCSA Clearinghouse check
* Pass background check
