Birds and Bees Farmery INC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Other Business Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of establishments that provide services to businesses such as management consulting, market research, personnel and payroll services, contact center services, and security services.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of business service establishments.
Develop and organize policies and procedures to streamline operations.
Create action plans and provide expertise in response to client needs, supporting and advising project teams.
Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
Represent the company within various economic and social organizations.
Assist staff with administrative or technical problems.
Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Proven experience in a similar managerial role within business services.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.
Experience with budgeting and project management.
A track record of successfully managing teams and client relationship
