Job Description:

Elate Orthodontics is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Orthodontic Assistant (RDA) to join our friendly, fast-paced, and tech-forward orthodontic team. Our practice has locations in Frisco, Prosper, and The Colony, Texas. We are family-owned and led by husband-and-wife orthodontists who are committed to excellent patient outcomes and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Chairside assistance during braces and aligner appointments

Scanning, bonding, sterilization, and patient education

Ensuring an efficient, on-time clinical schedule

Supporting same-day treatment starts

Maintaining a calm, professional demeanor in a busy setting

What We're Looking For:

Valid RDA license

At least 2 years of orthodontic experience

Experience with aligners, braces, and modern digital systems

Punctual, positive, and focused team member

Self-motivated, not a job-hopper, and takes pride in their work
