Order Entry Specialist Job

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Order Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, maintaining order records, and ensuring that information is entered into company systems efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter customer orders into company systems and databases.
Review order information for completeness and accuracy before processing.
Verify pricing, product information, quantities, and shipping details.
Communicate with customers or internal departments to resolve order discrepancies.
Update and maintain order records and customer information.
Monitor order status and assist with follow-up inquiries as needed.
Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
Meet productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
Previous experience in order entry, data entry, customer service, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
Strong typing and computer skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or order management systems is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
