Oracle technical specialist needed to design, develop, and support EPM Cloud Planning, Financial Close & Consolidation, and Narrative Reporting solutions, integrating with PeopleSoft and Oracle ERP for Federal/State government clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop Groovy business rules, Planning forms, and workflows for financials, workforce, and projects
• Build Narrative Reporting reports/doclets for annual financial and budget book reports
• Configure Financial Close & Consolidation with Oracle ERP GL integration
• Develop EPM RestAPI using Groovy and Python/EPM Automate for data ETL
• Support data integrations (FDMEE, data management) across ERP, PeopleSoft, and PPM modules
• Troubleshoot with Oracle Support; maintain planning artifacts through SDLC
Required Skills
• Bachelors in MIS/Computer Science/Engineering or related
• 12 yrs: Oracle Budget Apps (Hyperion, EPM Cloud, EPBCS, Narrative Reporting)
• 8 yrs: EPM Cloud/EPBCS financials, workforce, project modules + ERP budgetary control/PPM
• 8 yrs: Financial Close & Consolidation for Annual Reports
• 8 yrs: Groovy/RESTAPI/EPM Automate business rules
