Required Skills & Qualifications:

Deep expertise in Oracle Taleo Recruiting, Onboarding, and Reporting modules.
Proven experience with Taleo configuration and system governance.
Strong background in system design and configuration for retail-specific hiring workflows, including seasonal and hourly workforce needs.
Hands-on experience architecting TCC scripts and managing integrations with HRIS, payroll, and background screening systems.
Proficiency in data exchange architecture, integration lifecycle management, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as OBIEE, BI Publisher, or embedded reporting tools.
Demonstrated ability to ensure error handling, logging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting for high-volume systems.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT leadership.
