We are looking for an Oracle HCM PaaS Lead to join our team in support of the Department of Energy. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environments and wants to grow within a dynamic team.

Job Description: As an Oracle HCM PaaS Lead, you will need to possess strong technical acumen in Oracle HCM PaaS, experience in application development, leading and mentoring. You will be responsible for guiding technical strategy, ensuring best practices, and driving the successful execution of development initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Duties:

• Design, develop, document and test integrations to and from Oracle HCM cloud and other systems


• Develop integrations using Oracle HCM extracts, BIP and PaaS middleware tools (OIC)


• Mentor/Manage team of developers

Qualifications:

• Experience creating HCM extracts and utilizing Oracle HCM APIs through Oracle Integration Cloud service


• Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)


• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud


• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS)


• Served in a leadership role


• Experience Managing and guiding others
