Implementation and support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits.
· Design and conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT, and End User Training.
· Manage data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)/PBL. Drive solution workshops with customer stakeholders and provide best practice guidance.
· Work closely with project managers, SMEs, and technical teams for seamless delivery.
· Develop HR integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Web Services (SOAP/REST), OIC, and HDL.
Essential Skills:
· 8+years of experience in Oracle HCM Techno-functional in implementation or maintenance.
· Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM in Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits.
· Hands-on with Redwood UI, VBCS, and Data Masking.
Desirable Skills:
*Technical Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the Oracle batch job system for performance and scalability.
*Collaboration: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
