Required Skills & Experience:
Strong expertise with Oracle Fusion HCM.
Experience with (or willingness to learn) Oracle Redwood page conversions.
Expertise in at least one of: Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle Learn, OTL, or Core HR.
Strong understanding of HCM business processes and internal workflows.
Experience performing regression testing and business process validation.
Excellent problem-solving skills with an ownership mentality.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an Agile team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience across multiple Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
Previous Redwood migration or page conversion experience.
Understanding of Oracle Fusion customization frameworks.
