Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll Consultant Job

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll Consultant to support the Payroll Department through the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This role bridges technical and functional teams, translating payroll requirements into compliant, scalable system solutions while partnering closely with Payroll, HR, IT, and implementation partners to ensure a successful and timely Go Live.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather and document Payroll/Absence Management requirements with HR, Payroll, and IT
• Configure payroll elements, fast formulas, absence plans, and accrual rules
• Support testing (unit, SIT, UAT, parallel) and data conversion/reconciliation
• Build reports via OTBI/BI Publisher; troubleshoot integration issues
• Provide documentation, training, and post-Go Live support

Required Skills & Certifications
• 5+ years Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll/Absence Management experience
• 5+ years supporting Payroll through an HCM transition
• 5+ years OTBI/BI Publisher proficiency
• Oracle HCM Certification
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills & Certifications
• Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience
• Strong data validation/reconciliation and testing background

Scheduling
• Location: Hybrid — 3 days onsite Newark, NJ / 2 days remote
• Duration: 5 Months
