Oracle Cloud Conversion Developer (Remote)


Client: U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)
Location: Remote (U.S. Citizens Only)

Are you passionate about Oracle HCM Cloud and data conversions? As an Oracle Cloud Conversion Developer, you will play a vital role in transforming and migrating critical HR data into Oracle HCM Cloud for a high-impact federal client. You'll leverage your expertise in conversion tools, data mapping, and automation to ensure smooth, accurate data loads while collaborating closely with functional and technical teams.


This role demands a strong understanding of end-to-end HR business processes and how data flows through Oracle's transactional tables - ensuring that conversions align with operational requirements and downstream systems.


What You'll Do:




  • Develop and execute data conversion solutions using HDLs (HCM Data Loaders), Spreadsheet Loaders, and HCM Extracts




  • Design and automate conversion processes to efficiently migrate data into Oracle HCM Cloud




  • Collaborate with functional leads and technical teams to develop and validate conversion mappings




  • Understand core Oracle HCM modules including Core HR & Benefits and how data conversion impacts business processes




  • Monitor and troubleshoot data loads to ensure accuracy and integrity




  • Document conversion designs, processes, and support materials




  • Support end-to-end conversion lifecycle from design through testing and deployment




What You Need to Succeed:




  • Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud conversions, including design and automation




  • Hands-on knowledge of HDLs, Spreadsheet Loaders, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Data Mapping




  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Core HR and Benefits modules




  • Ability to comprehend complex business processes and their impact on data conversion and transactional table loading




  • U.S. Citizenship required (No dual citizens)




Salary: $93,400 - $176,200 USD
