Tasks:
- Develop and implement advanced logistics systems to efficiently manage the import and distribution of products. Monitor the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries, minimize costs, and maintain high standards of inventory management.
- Establish rigorous quality control protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Train middle level executives to uphold these standards, ensuring all products meet quality and safety requirements.
- Take data driven strategic decisions based on detailed market analyses done my the team at Iskcon to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen Iskcon Trading's market position, leveraging data-driven insights to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Create and implement robust sales and marketing strategies to increase market penetration. Work with the sales team to design effective B2B promotional campaigns and adjust tactics to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility.
- Strategically allocate material, human, and financial resources to support organizational policies and programs. Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize productivity and support the company’s growth.
- Authorize the establishment of key departmental roles and appoint senior staff to lead these areas. Coordinate the activities of different divisions to ensure smooth and integrated operations across the organization.
- Act as the primary representative in high-stakes negotiations and official functions. Delegate representatives as needed to advance Iskcon Trading's strategic interests.
- Select and mentor middle managers, providing them with the authority and resources needed to excel. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth and operational excellence.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Introduce innovative technologies and methods to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Develop strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction for clients. Monitor customer feedback and promptly address issues. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions.
