Operations Vice-President Job

Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning

• College diploma or bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.

• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in senior management, operations management, healthcare administration, or a related leadership role.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in managing human, financial, and operational resources.

• Ability to develop and implement organizational policies, strategies, and business plans.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare and wellness environment.

• Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
