Tasks:
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies, ensure smooth daily operations, and support long-term growth initiatives at Swiftwood.
- Direct, manage, and evaluate the operations of the production, accounting, operations, and dispatch departments, including defining departmental boundaries, processes, budgetary controls, and hierarchical responsibilities for senior staff.
- Coordinate interdepartmental processes to ensure cooperation and eliminate long-term inefficiencies.
- Establish long-term and short-term operational and financial objectives and priorities for the company, and develop or approve policies and employee training programs to achieve these goals.
- Represent Swiftwood, or delegate authority to the administrative team to act on behalf of the organization in dealings with external suppliers, vendors, customers, and third-party contractors.
- Hire, train, and manage departmental managers and executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimal working conditions.
- Develop annual and quarterly strategic plans, manage organizational budgeting, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Oversee organizational marketing efforts, establish company branding, and expand market presence to enhance revenue performance and customer perception.
- Ensure safety protocols and procedures are in place, implemented, and followed throughout the organization.
