Position Overview:
The Operations Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations. The Operations Supervisor will assist, report and collaborate closely with the Director of Operations ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a proactive leader who can manage teams, coordinate projects, and maintain high standards of service quality. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of employees responsible for scheduling, logistics coordination, order tracking, and inventory control.
• Prepare work schedules, assign duties, and ensure adequate staffing to meet operational and service delivery requirements.
• Monitor operational workflows, service timelines, and inventory levels to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee inventory management related to warehouse storage contracts, including tracking incoming and outgoing materials and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate operational schedules, resources, and logistics to support ongoing service contracts and projects.
• Liaise with internal teams, partners, and clients to resolve scheduling issues, delivery delays, or operational disruptions.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day operational problems related to scheduling, logistics, and inventory control.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of supervised staff, provide training, guidance, and constructive feedback, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and occupational health and safety standards.
• Contribute to process improvements by recommending enhancements to scheduling, tracking, and coordination practices to improve efficiency and service quality.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience on operations supervisory role or similar position within a service-based company.
• Skills:
o Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
o Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
