Job Description:
Operations Specialist
• Two (2) Positions available in Dalton, GA.
Job Duties:
• Apply advanced statistical tests and analytical methods to develop insights into manufacturing costs and operational efficiencies.
• Formulate and simulate mathematical models of production processes to assess the impact of various scenarios on operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop predictive analytics to forecast future operational impacts under varying conditions, using historical data and regression analysis.
• Conduct inventory simulations to identify optimal stocking levels and validate the accuracy of these models through continuous testing and adjustment.
• Analyze potential advantages of new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
• Design and conduct experiments to test operational theories or to prove the feasibility of recommendations made in models and analyses.
• Generate comprehensive management reports that evaluate operational challenges and quantify the benefits of proposed solutions, supporting informed decision-making.
• Educate operational and technical staff on the application and interpretation of analytical models and findings to enhance operational understanding and application.
• Engage with various departments to implement and refine operational models based on ongoing feedback and emerging industry trends, etc.
