Operations Research Analyst Job

An Operations Research Analysts needed in Tuskegee, Alabama.

• Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision-making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions for business operations in manufacturing of automotive components such as engine parts, transmission parts, and EV parts.
• Prepare detailed management reports and presentations summarizing modeling results, data analyses, findings, and recommendations; communicate with senior management and stakeholders for decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate implementation of recommended operations solutions.
• Coordinate execution of approved operational changes.
• Develop and maintain decision support tools or systems (e.g. optimization software, analytics dashboards, forecasting tools) to assist ongoing operations and strategic planning.
• Monitor, review, and evaluate implemented changes or models to ensure they meet performance goals; adjust models and operational parameters as needed to maintain optimal performance.
• May develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.

Master’s Degree in Management Science, Management Information Systems, or Data Science.
