OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST Job

Collaborate with managers, accountants, and inventory suppliers to gather key operational metrics, including sales, inventory, wage levels, financial data, and customer feedback.
Use programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, etc. to conduct early data analysis and identify predictor values for future model use.
Validate data integrity and reliability by applying statistical techniques, such as t-tests, chi-square tests, and regression analysis.
Establish data analysis frameworks and conduct in-depth analyses to track sales trends, customer behavior, and market conditions, providing actionable insights to optimize inventory management, reduce costs, and drive business growth.
Develop time series prediction models to improve forecasting accuracy, optimizing supply chain and reducing stockouts.
Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational health, streamline reporting processes, and improve business competitiveness.
Create financial forecasting models to project revenue streams, inventory flow, and cost structures, supporting long-term profitability.
Utilize advanced statistical techniques, such as regression analysis, principal component analysis (PCA), and hypothesis testing, to identify key operational drivers and improve decisionmaking.
Track and refine forecasting models to enhance accuracy over time, adapting strategies based on new data inputs.
Summarize complex analytical findings into clear, business-relevant insights, bridging the gap between technical analysis and operational strategy.
Create and present visually compelling reports, including PowerPoint presentations and data visualizations, to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to management.
Ensure operational compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards while maintaining data integrity.
Provide recommendations for optimizing operations based on predictive models and analyses.

Master's Degree in Applied Analytics or related
