Operations Research Analyst Job

Collaborate with hotel operations and management teams to identify business challenges and define objectives for improving operational efficiency.
Collect, validate, and analyze operational data, including guest bookings, occupancy rates, pricing, service delivery, and tenant lease terms to support data-driven decision-making.
Analyze work order, maintenance, and energy usage data to optimize preventative maintenance schedules and identify cost-saving measures.
Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and performance reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for various stakeholder levels.
Develop forecasting models using predictive analytics and statistical methods to project seasonal demand, labor needs, and resource allocation.
Automate and streamline regular reporting processes, such as monthly or quarterly stakeholder updates, using advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), Google Sheets, and
SQL to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
Apply mathematical modeling and data analysis to evaluate revenue trends, cost structures, and pricing strategies scenarios.
Support financial reporting functions by integrating tools like QuickBooks to align operational data with revenue and expense tracking.
Present clear, concise findings and actionable insights to management and stakeholders through summaries, presentations, and ad-hoc reports aligned with business objectives.

Master's Degree in Operations Research, Management Information Systems, or related and 12 months of related experience in data analytics.
