Job Description:
• Keep all pertinent data current used by market analysis and marketing strategy within the company's current business operation; align marketing strategies supported by newest
verifiable market data within corporate group and Regional offices; conduct additional data collection on how shipping pricing, transition time, and customer spending point rewards will
impact on sales and market shares, compose an illustration of data graphically and translation complex findings into written text in the context of the
company's operation;
• Collect information to plan for new location expansion and create new procedures to maximize daily operation efficiency; identify new practices in express delivery services industry,
assess how it impacts the local submarkets where the company covers, and recommend viable modifications of existing strategies in aspects of pricing, advertising and other marketing
campaigns;
• Cooperate with sales department to develop new customer, and inter connectivity of equipment; make business initiatives including creating new symbolic icons, drafting simple and
concise messages on symbolic icons, matching new icons with upcoming promotion materials; identify new business channels through attend industry related trade shows and quarterly
events and study industry journals and publications and related findings to the business reality;
• Evaluate client satisfaction in logistics operations by designing and conducting client surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires; proper interpret survey results and compare the team with
standards set out within the company's existing service training manual to recommend procedure improvements or amendments;
• Constantly monitor and assess the market challenges to AWOT’s global operation in the logistics industry, such as changes in market demands and transportation costs, and report
impacts to the company's management; assist in coordinating cost collection for budget planning purposes including researching, locating, evaluating and making initial contacts with
potential fitting shipping contractors/suppliers locally and internationally to maximize cost utilities within company’s budget constraints; act as a liaison between shipping
contractors/suppliers and company management to maintain long-term relationship with stable shipping suppliers;
• Collect viable operations information on all existing competitors, summarize findings and update the list of direct competitors to the managements and assess competitive advantages
and disadvantages of the company's business; recommend strategies in terms of pricing, featured services and market campaign strategies;
• Assist supervisor to analyze and propose improvements on gateway operations KPI’s, assist management to make decisions on establishing new geographical service locations, suitable
promotional activities, marketing campaign to each specific locations.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending all operation training; choreograph and execute advertising and marketing programs; share daily report and task on
Enterprise collaboration Platform on time.
Job Requirements:
Master's in Engineering Management required.
