Job Description:
Under GM's close supervision, analyze & optimize the company’s end-to-end cosmetics manufacturing, supply chain, & global distribution (M&D) operations by developing & applying mathematical models, forecasting tools, & performance-measurement systems to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, predict demand trends, & support executive decision-making. Conduct quantitative analysis of sales channels, product-mix profitability, inventory levels, procurement processes, and overseas subsidiary performance, & recommend data-driven strategies to enhance operational effectiveness, supply chain stability, market responsiveness, & resource allocation across all cosmetic brands.
*Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or closely related field, or Foreign Equivalent + Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a related occupation.
