Job Description:
1. Formulate and apply mathematical and statistical models to analyze complex business problems and improve service delivery efficiency and resource utilization.
2. Use optimization techniques such as linear programming, decision trees, and queuing theory to recommend solutions for improving turnaround time, minimizing bottlenecks, and
optimizing resource allocation across insurance and bonding operations.
3. Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting simulations using historical data to evaluate the potential impact of regulatory changes, process adjustments, and staffing shifts on business
outcomes.
4. Collect and interpret operational and customer data from CRM systems, SQL databases, and spreadsheets to assess system performance and customer behavior using descriptive and
inferential analytics.
5. Develop custom algorithms and decision-support tools to enhance workflow automation and facilitate faster and more accurate decision-making for high-volume transactions such as title
transfers and surety bond issuance.
6. Perform sensitivity analyses and cost-benefit assessments to support management in evaluating competing investment or procedural alternatives under uncertain conditions.
7. Prepare technical documentation of models, assumptions, and findings, including reports, dashboards, and written summaries for cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
8. Design performance metrics frameworks and continuous monitoring systems that track operational efficiency using KPIs, service level indicators, and throughput analyses.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders (including management and technical staff) to define business challenges, translate them into quantitative problems, and implement analytical solutions
using structured methodologies.
10. Evaluate, refine, and maintain analytical models and research tools to ensure their accuracy, scalability, and applicability as business requirements evolve.

Education: Must possess Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
Experience: 12 months’ experience in the position offered or a related position.
