Operations Manager Job

Plan, coordinate, and direct supportive services that allow Rom America, Inc. to operate effectively. Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Set goals and establish strategies to achieve them. Implement and maintain systems to coordinate the flow of requests for support services for staff and clients. Advise the staff on policies and procedures related to administration and finance. Plan budget for maintenance and the future replacement of equipment and supplies. Acquire, distribute and store supplies.

Bachelor's Degree in Any Major Required.
