Work location: Vernon, BC

Tasks:

• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the company’s administrative and operational activities to ensure efficient business performance
• Oversee daily office operations, including coordination between management, project teams, suppliers, and clients
• Develop and implement company policies, procedures, and administrative systems to improve operational efficiency
• Manage administrative personnel, including recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation
• Oversee budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial reporting in coordination with accounting personnel
• Coordinate procurement and purchasing activities, including supplier negotiations and contract administration
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety requirements, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations
• Prepare operational reports, project summaries, and performance analyses for senior management
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to support organizational operations and project coordination
• Support project management functions by ensuring administrative systems, documentation, and reporting processes are properly maintained
