Operations Manager Job

Oversee day-to-day operational activities and internal workflows;
Support the implementation of operational procedures, systems, and process improvements;
Coordinate between management, technical staff, marketing, and customer-facing team members;
Monitor operational progress and identify areas requiring improvement;
Assist with planning and organizing market-entry activities;
Support resource planning, task delegation, and internal coordination;
Maintain operational records, reports, and progress updates for management;
Help ensure that company activities are completed efficiently and in line with business priorities;
Support the company’s transition from early-stage setup to structured growth and market operations.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, management, commerce, or a related field;
Previous experience in operations management, business operations, project coordination, administration, or start-up operations;
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills;
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, people, and priorities;
Experience with process improvement, workflow coordination, and internal reporting;
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-changing business environment;
Understanding of digital platforms, technology-based businesses, food industry operations, or supply chain-related activities would be considered an asset;
Ability to work independently while supporting the company’s broader strategic and operational goals.
