Operations manager - trade, broadcasting and other services Job

Responsibilities
Establish and improve store's operation system, put forward operation ideas, revise the operation
management systems
• Lead the team to conduct market research, analyze and forecast of commercial projects
• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
• Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve
overall human resources planning
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations
or other official functions
• Delegate the necessary authority to staff and create optimum working conditions
• Organize, discuss and draft operation plans, including R & D plan and purchase management plan
• Assist general manager to analyze store’s strategy implementation, evaluate the forward-looking and
feasibility of the strategy
• Publicize store's products and services
• Assess consumers’ needs
• Deal with customers’ complaints
• Supervise the production scheduling and ensure hot-sale products sell well
• Take charge of team’s daily work arrangement and coordinate the internal work
