Responsibilities
• Strategically distribute resources across various departments, ensuring that each project has the necessary workforce, technology, and materials to meet client specifications while staying within budget.
• Oversee the creation of new departments and ensure the appointment of senior staff who bring industry expertise. Implement structure within the company to foster inter-departmental collaboration, streamlining operations to accelerate project delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
• Manage and facilitate collaboration between regional offices, divisions, and various project teams, ensuring alignment on company goals, quality standards, and client requirements. Foster communication and synergy among cross-functional teams working on design, modeling, and drafting to ensure project consistency and accuracy.
• Define the long-term vision of the company, ensuring that objectives align with industry trends in modeling and drafting technologies. Approve policies that support innovation, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and foster growth in modeling, drafting, and project management.
• Act as the key representative of the company during negotiations with clients, contractors, and industry partners. Attend conferences, industry forums, and official meetings to establish the company’s presence in the market, secure new business opportunities, and form strategic partnerships that enhance service offerings and industry positioning.
• Recruit and appoint managers with specialized skills, and ensure they are equipped with the authority and resources to drive team performance, foster innovation, and maintain high standards.
• Implement comprehensive financial controls to manage costs; oversee budgeting and financial forecasting, ensuring the company remains competitive while investing in emerging technologies and workforce development.
• Design and approve marketing strategies that highlight the company’s expertise in drafting and modeling. Lead initiatives to promote the company's capabilities in delivering services, drive brand recognition and attract high-value clients.
